What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bob Pay, PayFast, Paystack, and EFT for custom orders. All transactions are processed securely for your peace of mind.

How long does delivery take and what does it cost?

Our standard lead time is 10–15 working days for manufacturing, picking, and packing. Courier delivery usually takes an
additional 2–3 working days, depending on your location.

  • Small packages: R250
  • Large packages: R800
What is your return policy?

Items may be returned if they are not custom-made and are still in their original
condition
. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
