Fit & Compatibility

• Best with common wall thicknesses ~1.2–1.6 mm; for heavier wall or load-bearing ends, consider a weld-on cap.

• Choose 316 for seaside or outdoor installs.

• Not a structural anchor point.

Install Tips

1. Cut square and deburr inside/outside edge.

2. Wipe clean and dry.

3. Tap cap in evenly with a rubber mallet; protect the face with a soft cloth.

4. Optional: a small amount of retaining adhesive for high-vibration sites.
